1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Buyer" or "User") and ARViewer ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the legal business name for this service. By using ARViewer ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed via Paddle, our payment processor.
• ARViewer does not store your payment card information.
• Billing information like your name and email may be collected for invoices.
• By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate information and pay all fees.

5. User-Generated Content

• Users may upload or submit content (3D models, AR experiences).
• By submitting content, you grant ARViewer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service.
• You are responsible for your own content. ARViewer is not liable for user-generated content.
• ARViewer reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms or deemed inappropriate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to interfere with or hack the Service
• Impersonate others

7. Refund Policy

ARViewer offers refunds in accordance with our refund policy. See our Refund Policy page for details.

8. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of Pakistan. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARViewer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
